THE PRIVATE PARKING SPACES OF THE ESTATE
You will be able to make use of up to two parking spaces (marked in red on the plan). The other two are for the owners.
It is very difficult to park in the Port of Sóller. There are very few areas with free parking ahd the municipal Police fine badly parked cars all day.
However, on the Es Vermell property, there are parking space within the private land of the same estate and just next to where you will be staying. You will be able to leave your car there without fear of getting a fine and withou getting your car scratched.

In the garage there are three bicycles which you can use. It can be very pleasant going in the morning by bike to buy freshly baked bread, croissants or pastries.
If you hire bikes or bring your own, you can keep them safely in the garage, just next to the house.
You can hire bikes from different companies in the Port, a short walk away from the house and you can also find places to rent kayaks, stand-up paddle boards as well as motor boat rentals, guided hiking tours and yacht trips.
